Refund policy

RETURNS

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect product, please keep it intact and do not dispose of it. To initiate a return, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and our team will guide you through the process.
Please note that we accept returns only for faulty, incorrect, or damaged items. Due to the nature of our products, we cannot guarantee their quality after they have left our supply chain. Apologies for any inconvenience caused.
Once your order leaves our warehouse, any changes made to the courier service are beyond our control. We recommend being present during delivery and avoiding safe place delivery options.


REFUNDS

Products returned to BH Supplies by the courier will automatically be refunded. The courier attempts delivery three times, and if unsuccessful, a refund is issued. If you still need the products, please place a new order.
If your parcel is lost, damaged, or delayed, an investigation with DPD is required. This process can take weeks, and a full refund is not guaranteed. Refunds will come from DPD, not BH Supplies.

Please note that during busy periods, delivery time slots may not always be guaranteed.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process the refund, usually within 10 days. However, processing times by banks may vary.
If you haven't received the refund, check your bank account first, then contact your credit card company and bank.
If needed, contact our customer support team for further assistance.


SHIPPING 

We do not offer free returns. You are responsible for the cost of postage when returning unwanted items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Use recorded delivery for returns to ensure their safe arrival. It is your responsibility to arrange the return carriage and proper packaging to avoid damage during transit. Returns without original packaging and in poor condition will not be eligible for a refund.
